Postdoctoral Associate position(s) are immediately available for highly motivated individuals to join the laboratory of Dr. Xiaoping Zhong in the Division of Allergy and Immunology, Department of Pediatrics at Duke University School of Medicine. The Zhong laboratory investigates mechanisms that control T cell development, homeostasis, and function, regulatory T cells and pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases, immune responses to pathogens and cancer, and pathogenesis of human primary immunodeficiency. Current projects utilize mouse models and cell line models in combination with cellular and molecular biology, immunology, and ‘omics’ approaches to study a new class of regulators in T cells.

Applicants should have a doctoral degree in biomedical/life sciences, strong analytical and communication skills, and strong team spirit. We are particularly interested in applicants with expertise in immunology, bioinformatics, and/or transcriptional regulation.
