Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG) Role

In collaboration with the Center Director and other senior leaders, the ACD contributes to the Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG) annual and competitive renewals, annual meetings of the External Advisory Committee, strategic planning and research retreats. The ACD fosters collaboration and translation of basic science findings through CCSG Programs and inter-program activities, including those with other Divisions.  This includes establishment of appropriate forums for exchange of ideas, changes in policies and procedures, and strategic planning and prioritization.
