Description
The Junior Research Scientist will support project implementation and partnership building for a grant project awarded by NIH. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, contacting potential study subjects, facilitating recruitment activities, informed consent and enrollment documentation, assisting clinical staff with examinations, data entry and assisting with reporting requirements. Travel within New York City and on-site work will be required.

Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree, and experience with research and / or community-based dentistry.

Required Experience: Experience in community-based administration. Experience in research project or clinical trial coordination. Experience in early childhood health.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent organizational skills with strong individual initiative. Very good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities and populations. Strong computing skills and excellent writing skills.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Spanish language skills.
