The candidate will primarily be responsible for the development, production and purification of proteins as it relates to specified research projects in a Cellular and Molecular Cancer Immunology lab.
The candidate will properly conduct specific research experiments and maintains efficient laboratory operations. Research area is focused on protein engineering.
Background in protein engineering is required while experience in phage/yeast display screening, molecular biology and immunology is preferred. Experience / interest working with tumor models is desired. Performs other duties as assigned or directed in order to meet the goals and objectives of the lab.
At least five years of laboratory experience in protein engineering/chemistry or other related field including yeast/phage display library screening and an interest in immunology. Knowledge of mathematical and chemical principles.
