Responsibilities include the following:
  • Assist the global and site coordinators for identification, assessment, and implementation of pharmacopeia changes
    • Track pharmacopeia publication schedules on Excel.
    • Generate summary of changes and impact assessments for each chapter in each new pharmacopeia publications
    • Work with site coordinators to revise impacted documents/process to align with pharmacopeia changes
    • Provide updates and assistance for the compendial review Microsoft Teams channel.
    • Revise and organize compendial review files and tracking spreadsheets.
  • Assist in compendial method baseline evaluation, summary reports, and tracking progress.
  • Help organize information from previous assessments for process improvements.


The ideal candidate would possess:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick learner and ability to adjust to fast pace working environment
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and work effectively with people and multi-tasking
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with organizational and planning skills
  • Basic understanding of GMP and compliance


Typical Education and Experience:
  • Current college student with 0 - 3 years of working experience.
