Key Responsibilities

· Identify innovation opportunities from qualitative and quantitative consumer research

· Define Ideal Product Models for initiatives via qualitative research and consumer modeling

· Iteratively gets consumer feedback on prototyping

· Validates lead product options before they undergo ‘formulation lock'.

· Validates non-clinical claims with consumers

· Refines the product story that will enable successful market launch by the commercial functions.

· Validate with consumers the product optimization programs post launch, for in-market products

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences
  • 3+ years experience product and sensory testing
  • 7 years' experience in the field of process development for Drug Products /Dietary supplements


Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
  • Master's degree/ PhD in Engineering or Science
  • Experience in leading cross functional technical teams
  • Experience in the field of product cost optimization, value engineering, and/or Operational Excellence
  • Experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Understanding of the Consumer Health / FMCG product development process
  • Good understanding of CGMP requirements
