EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATION REQUIRED.

The Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) leads all institutional financial matters focused on the fiscal health and financial stewardship of the institution's resources including Supply Chain Management. Additionally, the CFO serves as a financial strategist and leads the finance team to anticipate changes in the environment of healthcare that may impact the institution's financial health and mission of eliminating cancer.

Qualifications

  • Large integrated health system experience in a financial leadership role.
  • MBA or Master's degree equivalent in finance, accounting, business administration, health care administration or related discipline.
  • Ten years of leadership experience in providing highly strategic and innovative financial leadership within a large complex integrated health system.
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing an ERP Cloud based solution is highly preferred.
  • Highly effective leader with strong emotional intelligence, drive, commitment to personal leadership development and high standards of professionalism.
