Spatial Image Analysis of Immunohistochemistry (IHC) assays.

Perform spatial digital image analysis of IHC stained slides under the supervision of the director of the Computational Pathology Program (CPP). The analysis of samples includes different tissue types for biomarker analysis and immunoprofiling of scientific translational research projects of TMP-IL, GI and HCC spore grants.

Data Analysis for translational cancer research

Provides technical expertise, including bioinformatics analysis and data integration to design and develop research projects in an independent manner. Compiles analysis generated, records results in concordance with standard methodology of CPP, and submits results to the director of the CPP.

Develops research projects using multiplex methodologies for biomarkers analysis on tissue samples.

Develop computational and programming research projects using novel multiplex based techniques (CODEX, GeoMxDSP, IMC, MIBI) from different tumor types for biomarkers analysis of complex research projects of the CPP. Builds results sharing database and computational infrastructure at the CPP.

Laboratory Maintenance and Project Coordination

Coordinates and maintains CPP projects.
