Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize supply planning, logistics, inventory control and distribution process
  • Communicate with Product Managers and take the initiatives in leading S&OP meeting for supply status review, including stock coverage, forecast accuracy, short-dated products and new product launch etc.
  • Liaise with supply chain counterparts from the production plant to ensure high level of services, including timely stock replenishment, shipment tracking and product claim for damage/quality issues etc.
  • Collaborate with QM/RA for managing packaging materials of labelling, inserts and product rework process
  • Work with physical distributor on stock management, including product receiving, transfer for short-dated/damage product control, repackaging products review as well as the correctness/validation of inventory data interfacing and issue GUI accordingly
  • Manage product costs allocation, including imported invoices, Customs duty, forwarding Customs broker fee and product rework and package material purchasing costs etc.
  • Delivery Supply Chain KPIs, including inventory days and forecast accuracy etc. Also generate SCM reports.
  • Coordinate stocktaking event
  • Coordinate for supply chain process in the event of process change and update SOP for assigned responsibility. Key person for global risk assessment and responsible for internal audit holing by QM
  • Other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the superior(s)

  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain or business related fields
  • Proficient English in writing and speaking
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistic
  • Hands on experience with Supply Chain management software (ERP) of Oracle
  • MNC experience is preferred.
  • Communication skills
  • Detail-oriented. Analytical skills. Provide solutions.
  • Able to work independently, highly meticulous and under pressure
