The Departments of Neurology and the Herbert Irving Cancer Center in partnership with the Columbia Translational Neuroscience Initiative (CTNI) and the ZMBBI and in collaboration with the Departments of Neurological Surgery, Radiation Oncology, and Pathology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center are seeking an outstanding scientist to assume a tenure track faculty position with a research program focused on the cellular and the molecular biology of gliomas. 

Candidates should plan on leading an innovative laboratory-based research program.  Priority would be given to candidates whose research focus holds high promise for timely translation to patients. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience and accomplishments.  The successful appointee will be provided generous resources for research, and will enjoy the close collaborative and supportive environment of Columbia’s multi-disciplinary neuro-oncology program.  The successful candidate will be awarded an appointment in the Department of Neurology.
