This position focuses on the synthesis of carbon nanotubes and graphene. The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, eagerness to learn and grow, and have a flexible approach to solving problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing efficient methods for CVD synthesis of carbon nanotubes and graphene, and studying their growth mechanisms
- Fabrication of carbon nanotube yarns
- Fabrication of carbon nanotube and graphene composite sheets and yarns
- Characterize and analyze the materials through SEM, XRD, Raman, UV-Vis, FT-IR, and so on
- Fabrication of textiles (E-textile) using conductive threads
- Communicating research results through presentations and scientific publications
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in materials science, physics, chemistry, or related field
- Postdoctoral experience in the related field
- Knowledge in carbon nanotube functionalization preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills and good teamwork
Duration:
- Up to 4 years with the possibility of further extension at the company’s discretion
