ROLE SUMMARY

As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage own time to meet agreed targets; develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team
  • Build good relationships with SMEs, leverage their expertise in areas such as systems and process and proactively identify issues and work to create solutions
  • Work closely with functional lines to articulate business needs for new solutions or changes to existing solutions
  • Document options and proposals for solution governance on how best to meet customer needs.
  • Document business requirements for solutions
  • Collaborate with functional lines to understand and document the use of the information management solutions with the business process.
  • Coordinate user testing and acceptance of information solutions prior to deployment
  • Participate in continuousimprovement projects to simplify and improve system use and system management.
  • Lead medium to large projects with a medium length duration, following established methodologies
  • Collaborate with functional lines to ensure a consistent approach with business process-specific training.
  • Participate in active decision making through pre-existing governance with a complex set of stakeholders.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years' experience
  • Experience with web based data management systems
  • Working knowledge of electronic document management systems
  • Knowledge of International Conference on Harmonization and more specifically Good Clinical Practices
  • Ability to manage tasks, time and priorities
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills and adapt communications to audience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of application system management and change control processes, application validation and implementation in a GxP environment
  • Demonstrated strong customer relationship skills and capabilities to collaborate with teams


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree
  • Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Proficient experience using commercial clinical data management systems and/or EDC products
