G15 is the inpatient Lymphoma/Myeloma unit which cares for patients through all stages of the disease: from early diagnosis to end of life issues.

KEY FUNCTIONS

Acts as member of a multidisciplinary team that identifies and addresses patient care needs.

Assists in completion of activities of daily living, mobilization, admit/discharge and obtaining vital signs.

Updates and retrieves patient information.

Ensures patient environment is maintained in a clean, safe and orderly manner.

Acts as part of an assigned care team.

EDUCATION

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

College hours in nursing or healthcare related field.

EXPERIENCE

Preferred:

Prior experience in a direct patient care role.

Experience in a hospital or inpatient setting a plus.

OTHER

Required:

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
