The William A. Brookshire Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Houston (UH) seeks tenure-track candidates at the rank of Assistant Professor. The department (http://www.chee.uh.edu) is seeking outstanding candidates with the potential for exceptional research, excellence in teaching, and a clear commitment to enhancing the diversity of the faculty, graduate, and undergraduate student population. The department is home to 19 full-time faculty, 110 doctoral students, and approximately 600 undergraduate students. We are particularly interested in candidates who will contribute to collaborative research and educational efforts that align with departmental strengths in biomolecular engineering, materials, catalysis, and energy and the environment. Appointment to our faculty requires a PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
