The Boston University School of Medicine seeks recent Ph.D. graduates with a metabolic or immunologic research background to join the Pharmacology and Whitaker Cardiovascular Institute as Post-doctoral Research Associates.

The interests of the research group are focused on understanding the metabolic regulation of hematopoiesis, systemic inflammation related to obesity, fatty liver diseases, vascular damage, and insulin resistance.

We are looking for a motivated scientist and team player to join the group.  The candidates are expected to conduct an NIH-funded research project related to obesity-induced fatty liver diseases and vascular damage.

Experience with immunology, transcriptional regulation, and metabolic signaling would be preferred.
