Purpose of the position

-Contribute to the development of efficiency and the evaluation of the performance of sales networks in the field with regard to internal and external requirements.

-Contribute to improving the efficiency of actions and optimizing the allocation of resources.

-Act as a Business Partner with internal partners: role of advice, analysis, alert, recommendation, challenge and support.

-Contribute to the definition and implementation of BI and SFE approaches and tools for the sake of operational and / or commercial efficiency.

As part of the creation of a new Inflammation Business Unit, the Business Analytics department is looking for a Business Efficiency Manager. This function reports to the Associate Director of the therapeutic area concerned, and is part of the business operations department.

Main activities

The Business Partner has the following main responsibilities:

-Design and develop performance monitoring tools at national and sector level.

-Develop relevant indicators for market and performance monitoring for headquarters and field teams Monitor and analyze performance and commercial / operational efficiency at national and sectoral level, alert and challenge in the event of drifts / risks.

-Actively participate in the development and implementation of strategic, marketing and sales plans. Coordinate, share and align activities and projects with Gilead's business partner for product promotion.

-Support the development of team motivation and performance reward systems (depending on profiles, ensuring overall consistency).

-Support the definition, monitoring and evaluation of segmentation and targeting operations Facilitate the reflection with the Director of the Business Unit to define the activity, coverage and frequency objectives

-Analyze the performance of the activity

-Contribute to improving, safeguarding and sharing customer knowledge to strengthen the quality of the medical visit. Develop market analyzes and make recommendations to support decision-making; ensure the proper monitoring of the market (s) for which he / she is responsible (trends, competitors, new entrants, positioning of the brand, Gilead, events that may have an impact on patients, customers, the market; ...)

-Provide answers to Ad'Hoc questions related to managing business efficiency and performance.

-Support and act as a back-up for team members when needed on topics such as market research, sales forecasts.

Skills

Education and experience :

Bac +4/5

Significant experience (ideally 3 years minimum) in business analytics, strategic analysis and project management.

Analytical, critical, logical mind in order to provide strategic recommendations.

Very good knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment and its evolution,

experience in inflammation is a plus Works independently and shows initiative

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multi-tasking and cross-functional projects Good interpersonal skills and very good written and verbal communication skills

Fluent English

Work in a team and transversely

Very good command of data analysis (strong appetite for numbers), perfect command of Excel and visualization tools (Table)
