Postdoctoral position available at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Hillman Cancer Center

A Postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Shou-Jiang (SJ) Gao at  UPMC Hillman Cancer Center / University of Pittsburgh for a newly graduated, innovative, highly independent and motivated candidate to study molecular mechanism of cancer including those caused by viral infections. Research directions include metabolism, epitranscriptomics, epigenetics, innate immunity, immunotherapy, development of cancer models, and identification of cancer vulnerable targets and new therapeutic agents. The Hillman Cancer Center has a dynamic interactive environment and world-class investigators in cancer biology, virology, immunology and genomics. Applicants should have an excellent track-record with peer-reviewed publications, and possess a PhD, MD or equivalent degree. Candidates with relevant experiences are preferred.
