Postdoctoral Research Scientists Recruitment

1.     Job description: Under the supervision of experienced professors and postdoctoral supervisors and collaborate with colleagues, successful candidates will perform independent research, publish solid SCI research articles, apply research grant and patents, etc to elevate the capability and reputation of the research institute and Jinxin Medical Group in general.

2.     Requirement: Successful candidates should have obtained a doctoral degree from a reputable educational institution within the past 5 years, younger than 35 years old, with the ability to perform independent medical and biological research, proficient in professional English, healthy, hard-working, and have sense of responsibility and collaborative spirit.

4.     Compensation package: Attractive package including an annual salary of 180,000-320,000RMB (before tax), the exact amount will depend on previous academic performance and scientific achievement. The institute also has a generous research award policy, provide accommodation supplement and relevant insurance including basic insurance for medical expense, unemployment, retirement, birth and injury. Foreign nationality will have salaried home country visit and travel supplement.
