The Department of Pharmacology and Chemical Biology at Emory University is seeking to fill a postdoctoral position in the laboratory of Dr. Lian Li to study pathogenic mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer disease and Parkinson disease. Highly motivated candidates with a recent PhD or MD/PhD degree in the fields of neuroscience, pharmacology, cell biology, molecular biology, or biochemistry are encouraged to apply. Demonstrated record of achievements, publications, and experience in neurodegenerative disease research, protein trafficking, posttranslational modifications, cell signaling, iPS cells, neuronal or glial cell cultures, microscopy, and/or neurodegeneration mouse models are preferred.
