JOHNS HOPKINS SCHOOL OF MEDICINE

We are seeking applicants for a tenure-track faculty position in the Department of Pharmacology and Molecular Sciences at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine (http://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/pharmacology_molecular_sciences). The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree and have a demonstrated potential to lead a dynamic research program and participate in the teaching of graduate and medical students. We will fully consider all applicants from all backgrounds with research interests that fall within the broad field of pharmacology. We are particularly interested in applicants with expertise in systems pharmacology, immunopharmacology, in vivo pharmacology, and those proposing innovative fundamental research into biological pathways where new pharmacologic targets may be discovered. While we will consider candidates at all ranks, preference will be given to those starting as new assistant professors.  A competitive start-up package, salary, and fringe benefits package will be offered. Applications should include a CV, summary of research accomplishments, future research plans, and a statement of contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion.  The applicant should also arrange for three references letters to be sent.
