Senior Manager/Associate Director, Trade RelationshipMultiple Channel Cooperation and Access

Position Summary

Explore multiple channel access according to the request of business develop, shape and optimize strategies including retails channel, on-line channel, support marketing for internet hospital access. Set up retail(on-line and off-line) distribution network and management system; Build up compliance operation system and procedure to support business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Study and analyze relevant policy & trend of on-line channel, internet hospital, and retail pharmacy.

Develop and shape multiple channel strategy and draft action plan according to corporate and brand strategy

Responsible for set up and optimize on-line channel and retail management systembuild and develop strategic partnership with E-commerce company

Establish compliant operation procedure including but not limited to stock management, data management, and contract management

Set up channel marketing strategy which align with corporate and brand. Work with marketing and regional team together to shape and work out implementation project to establish corporate and product branding in retail channel.

Follow up project and set up management reporting, ensure stable supply and reasonable inventorysupport business growth in healthy pace.

Develop innovative channel model to support business development

Experience and Competency Requirement

Bachelor's degree or above, majored in management, economics or pharmacy management specialty are preferred, and MBA preferred. Fluent English communication is a must

Solid experience of channel and strategy management in pharmaceutical industry, internet, E-commerce and retail channel experience

Strong strategy agility and planning capability

Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills

Collaborative and able to put resources together to strive for excellent result
