Call for applications for Researcher (indefinite-term employment) position, in RIKEN, Japan
RIKEN invites applications for the position of Researcher (indefinite -term employment position) in the following research area.
The research group has conducted physics studies utilizing RI beams mainly at the RIBF facility. In particular, the group is developing nuclear spin control technologies and applying it to the measurement of spin-related observables such as nuclear spins and electromagnetic moments, in order to elucidate anomalous nuclear structures and properties as well as their mechanisms. The group also aims to extend such technologies to boundary research fields with atomic physics, fundamental physics, and materials science.
The successful candidate is expected to proactively conduct research in experimental nuclear physics and related research fields using accelerator facility such as RIBF. He/She is broadly involved in planning and conducting future programs of the research group and the RIBF facility. He/She is also expected to contribute to the management of the laboratory. These works should be actively and steadily conducted under the smooth cooperation with parsons involved.
