Postdoctoral Research Associate — Gene Regulation
The Huang Lab at National Jewish Health is seeking a highly motivated and talented Postdoctoral Research Associate to study transcriptional and epigenetic regulation of genes that control immune effector cell development and regulate cytokine and chemokine gene expression (Immunity, 2013, 39: 97-110; JI, 2015, 194: 4328-38; J Allergy Clin Immunol, 2018; 10.1016/j.jaci.2017.10.043, Nature Communications in revision).
Candidates should have a recent PhD degree in molecular immunology or molecular biology. Experience with molecular cloning, RNA and DNA isolation, RT-qPCR and cell culture is required. Experience with CRISPR, shRNA knockdown, ChIP, and western blot, Next Generation Sequencing or bioinformatic analysis is highly desired.
