The Microbial Sciences Institute (MSI) is a central hub where research teams from multiple departments contribute broad perspectives, approaches, and expertise. Current research areas include chemistry and genetics of host-microbe interaction, microbial community assembly and evolution, and structural biology of microbes. The position includes a full (primary) appointment in one of these departments, which provide exceptional colleagues, resources, and mentorship. Please visit the departmental websites for faculty research areas and further information.
