Postdoctoral Associate

Postdoc position in protein engineering and organic/polymer chemistry at Cornell University is available immediately

For protein engineering and design, a Ph.D. in molecular biology or equivalent is required. Research projects may involve (a) protein biosynthesis, (b) viral and non-viral gene delivery and editing, (c) non-natural amino acids, and (d) phage or yeast display.

For organic and polymer chemistry, a Ph.D. in organic or polymer chemistry is required. Research projects may involve (a) the synthesis of small molecules, linkers or monomers, and (b) the development of new biomaterials for drug/gene delivery, tissue engineering/regenerative medicine and medical devices in collaborations with other lab members.
