Applicants are invited for a Research Associate position at the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver, Canada, starting November 1st, 2020.

The successful candidate will work as part of the Canadian Hydrogen Intensity Mapping experiment (CHIME) research team, and will play a leadership role in development and deployment of the data analysis pipeline. Applicants must have a PhD in Astronomy, Astrophysics or a closely related field, a record of independent and collaborative research, as demonstrated by papers published in refereed journals, previous experience in signal processing techniques as applied to cylindrical structure radio telescopes such as CHIME.
