The Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center seeks applications from faculty candidates who will contribute to the diversity and excellence of our community of scholars. Successful candidates will be invited to join one or more of Fred Hutch’s five scientific divisions: Basic Science, Clinical Research, Human Biology, Public Health Sciences, and Vaccine and Infectious Disease. Faculty will join a supportive and highly collaborative environment. In addition, Fred Hutch has outstanding facilities and cutting-edge shared resources to support faculty. It also has strong ties with its consortium partners which include the University of Washington, the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, and Seattle Children’s Hospital. Graduate students are drawn from various departments and programs at the University of Washington. Interested candidates should submit: 1) a curriculum vitae; 2) a concise research statement that describes past accomplishments and future goals (three pages or less); 3) a diversity statement describing your past contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion and your future plans for continuing these efforts (two pages or less); and 4) contact information for three letters of recommendation.
