Postdoctoral position available in the laboratory of Yu-Ying He, PhD, at the University of Chicago. We seek to recruit a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to investigate the regulatory and functional mechanisms of epitranscriptomics and epigenetics in tumor development, progression, and therapeutic response (See our recent publication: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-019-10669-0). We are particularly interested in, but not limited to, the role of RNA/DNA modifications in genomic stability and inflammation in tumorigenesis and therapeutic response in cells and animal models.
