Postdoctoral Fellow Position

Postdoctoral fellow for Dr. Sumitra Deb’s lab for NIH R01 project “Targeting lung tumors expressing mutant p53 with oncolytirc viruses and suicide genes”. Position will perform in vitro bench studies with cell cultures, treating cells with various therapeutic agents including specific adenoviruses and measure changes in cell biology in addition to performing in vivo studies, growing tumors in mice to determine whether tumor growth is reduced.

We are seeking talented applicants with a recent PhD in Cancer Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or closely related fields. Experience in molecular biology and/or mouse techniques is required. Information about the lab can be seen at http://deblabs.org/
