We are looking for an experienced Molecular Biologist Scientist who will play a pivotal role in establishing our learning platform aiding in the development of next-generation cancer therapies. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with a cross-functional team to create and develop next-generation therapy and treatments for cancer and rare diseases. The ideal candidates will have a good grounding in molecular and cellular biology with knowledge of gene transcription and control mechanisms surrounding gene regulation.

Candidate should have a Ph.D. Degree in Cancer Biology and have worked on Ovarian, Pancreatic and Brain cancer. And focused on the influence of environmental stressor on the genetic profiling of an individual which may altogether antedate the progression/development of cancer.  Candidate should have at least 8 plus experience of Cancer Biology and further would like to work in the area of Cancer Biology to evaluate the effects of anti-cancer agents leading to drug targeting or biomarker development and have published 20 plus research papers in various international and national journals. Experience of managing large-scale genomics data sets and well versed with various molecular biology techniques not limited to: DNA and RNA isolation, miRNA isolation and their expression analysis, Realtime PCR, RT-PCR, RFLP, AS-PCR, nested PCR, Multiplexing PCR, Gas chromatography, Analysis of pesticides and heavy metals in biological samples, Comet assay for DNA damage analysis, ELISA, Protein   Estimation, Analysis of Oxidative stress parameters, SDS-PAGE and Western blotting, DNA  methylation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence, Microarray, Cloning and transfection, Electrophoresis, Animal experiments.

Excellent communication and writing skills,  manuscript writing for publication in scientific journals and/or presentations and also assist in grant writing and report submission to the funding agency in timebound manner, have ability to work independently for scientific research investigations including, concept making conducting literature reviews, collecting, analyzing data, and final presentation of project.
