Los Alamos National Laboratory is a multidisciplinary research institution engaged in science and engineering on behalf of national security. We are seeking outstanding and highly motivated postdoctoral research associates to work on a project that aims to visualize gene in vivo transcription at the single-cell level in real-time using state-of-the-art genomic engineering, synthetic chemistry and single-molecule fluorescence imaging approaches. The team will apply this new technology to the study of origins of cellular persistence against drug toxicity. Current opportunities include:

Core Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Biophysics, Chemistry/Biochemistry, Physics or an appropriate Engineering discipline completed within the past five years (or soon to be completed)
