Job Details

The Associate Consultant-R&D Strategy role manages execution of the R&D change agenda, collaborates with the Corporate Communications Team to produce and disseminate internal and external communications, and assists with R&D Lead Team operations. This includes gathering & prioritizing requests, managing and executing assigned projects according to timelines, and preparing meeting materials and any needed metrics for a given project

Functions, Duties, Tasks:
  • Work with key stakeholders within R&D and Regulatory to continuously improve our culture and remove interpersonal barriers to innovation.
  • Assist in developing cross cultural awareness in all R&D sites.
  • Build and maintain key internal networks with extended team members who are critical to the success of the implementation
  • Establish clear communication channels for R&D and Regulatory and utilize them to improve the flow of communication to and from employees.
  • Develop an appropriate tool (collaboration site, intranet site, etc.) to utilize as a way to manage knowledge and information in R&D and Regulatory that is dynamic and sustainable.
  • Develop ways to visualize data and information that facilitates decision making by R&D Leadership.
  • Act as project manager for key programs across R&D
  • Communicate with the R&D Lead Team on project status, issues, successes, and/or changes to the plan
  • Create a strong team working relationship with Project Management Advisors and Team Leaders
  • Work closely with Executive VP of R&D/Regulatory/BD on projects as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or MBA
