Assistant Professor, Center for Computational and Integrative Biology (Tenure-Track)

The Center for Computational and Integrative Biology at the Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking to recruit an outstanding investigator for a tenure-track faculty position as Assistant Professor with an appointment at Harvard Medical School (HMS).

Areas of particular interest include computational and systems biology, molecular and cell biology, or other fields that would synergize with the current faculty’s research (https://ccib.mgh.harvard.edu/faculty_list). The applicant will be expected to develop a vigorous independent research program, secure and maintain extramural research funding, form collaborative projects with other faculty within the CCIB and participate in graduate and postdoctoral training.

Appointment as an Assistant Professor at the Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with experience, training and achievements in addition to teaching activities. Suitable candidates will hold a PhD, MD-PhD, or MD degree.

Interested candidates should send their cover letter, current curriculum vitae, and proposed research plan to facultysearch@ccib.mgh.harvard.edu.  Candidates are responsible for having three letters of recommendation sent directly by three referees.  Complete application packages will be accepted through December 3, 2019.
