Biomedical/Pharmaceutical Sciences Faculty Position

Description: The Ben and Maytee Fisch College of Pharmacy at The University of Texas at Tyler invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the assistant, associate, or full professor rank. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join an innovative, student-centered academic Pharm.D. program. Courses are taught in a team-based learning environment that values personal and professional growth and the development of each student.

Required Qualifications: Successful candidates will have earned a Ph.D. or comparable degree in a field related to biomedical or pharmaceutical sciences, and a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and advising a diverse group of Pharm.D. students.

Preferred Qualifications: Outstanding academic records, and an established record of externally-funded research program and scholarly publication.

Responsibilities: Contributing to the development and delivery of the curriculum, advising students, developing a robust externally-funded research program, and service activities.
