The University of Arizona Health Sciences, College of Pharmacy in Tucson seeks an outstanding scientist in the general areas of molecular toxicology and biomarker research, with a particular preference for those developing new tools and approaches for assessing the health outcomes of the exposome in various life stages and populations. An endowed chair is available.
The successful candidate should have a strong track record of scholarship productivity, training, and expertise in exposome or biomarker research and demonstrated ability to secure independent, peer-reviewed funding such as NIH grants. The candidate will be expected to produce strong peer-reviewed publications, gain competitive federal grants, and play a key role in establishing national leadership in the area of exposome research. The individual will also participate in the Pharmacology and Toxicology Graduate Training Program.
