Open Rank Tenure/Tenure Track Faculty Position
The Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks outstanding applicants for an open-rank tenure-track position, with expertise in molecular and cellular biophysics. We welcome applications from scientists with expertise in all areas of biophysics including but not limited to structural biology, single-molecule imaging, signaling, synthetic biology, proteomics, enzymology and computational biophysics.
The Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics (https://www.med.unc.edu/biochem/) provide outstanding environments for ground breaking research and career advancement.
Candidates are expected to establish a well-funded, internationally competitive research program and teach at both the graduate and professional levels.
Candidate should have a PhD, MD or equivalent degree in biological sciences and/or related field of study.
