The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) has embarked on a focused cluster hiring plan to recruit top-tier researchers as a part of a Strategic Faculty Hiring Initiative for 2020. UTSA is seeking faculty members to foster collaborative research, education and outreach and to create transdisciplinary areas of knowledge that will advance their respective fields. We invite applications for the following five research clusters.
Quantum Computation and Quantum Information | 3 positions
- Open Rank Position (Open Department) in Quantum Information Systems and Quantum Computing or Circuits
- Two Open Rank Positions (Open Department) in Quantum Information Systems, Quantum Computing, Quantum Circuits or Quantum Algorithms
- Joint appointments preferred in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Physics, Computer Science and Math
