The Faculty of Science at the University of Zurich invites applications for an

Associate or Full Professor in Bioorganic Chemistry

to join us.

The Department of Chemistry at UZH seeks to appoint a tenured associate or full professor with research interests in the broad area of bioorganic chemistry. We are looking for an outstanding and innovative chemist whose interdisciplinary research includes fields such as the design and synthesis of organic molecules and biologically active compounds, the characterization of complex biological systems through small molecule «chemical probes, biocatalysis and biotransformations for organic synthesis and functional bioorganic materials.

The successful candidate will already have an outstanding track record in his/her chosen field of research. The candidate will contribute to teaching in the broad area of organic chemistry at Bachelor, Master and PhD level in English or German.
