Assistant/Associate Professor

The University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine invites applications for a tenure-track position at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor.  We are seeking applicants who have basic and/or translational expertise in cancer biology with a strong focus on target / drug discovery and novel computational approaches. We are particularly interested in candidates that complement our existing research strengths at the Medical School particularly within the Department of Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology and the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.  Candidates must also have a sustained record of productivity and a commitment to mentoring, teaching, and administrative activities.

Successful candidates would be expected to interact closely with members of established basic and translational cancer center research programs.  The primary appointment of the applicant will be in the Department of Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology.
