Computational Biology Faculty Opportunity

The Department of Pathology, Boston Children's Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, is recruiting a computational biology faculty member at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. An MD, PhD, or MD/PhD is required. Candidates with expertise in analysis of sequencing data from human samples and/or disease models, a strong background in methods development, and an interest in molecular mechanisms underlying diseases (e.g., cancer, developmental disorders, but not limited to pediatric disease) are invited to apply. The ability to contribute to a highly collaborative Departmental and Hospital environment and an excellent publication record are essential. A highly competitive start-up package will be offered. A suitable candidate may be considered for a secondary appointment in Department of Biomedical Informatics at Harvard Medical School.
