The Division of Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapies, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute invites applications at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with demonstrated potential for creativity and excellence who is working on central questions in adoptive T cell therapy, with a primary focus on the treatment of cancer.  Both basic scientists and translational investigators are encouraged to apply. The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute has made a major commitment to T cell-based therapies and has built a cell processing lab capable of supporting innovative clinical trials. The Institute is a major research center in the Boston area, and the Institute and the Department offer a vibrant and interactive research community in both basic and translational immunology research.

The faculty appointment will be in the Department of Medical Oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and in the Department of Medicine at Brigham & Women’s Hospital and the Harvard Medical School.  The appointment provides an attractive start-up package and outstanding opportunities for collaboration with basic and translational investigators. Candidates are required to participate in the teaching activities of the Harvard Medical School for medical students, graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.
