Assistant Professor/Associate Professor  Cancer Biology

Applications are invited for tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant and at the rank of Associate Professor in the Department of Cancer Biology at the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences. We are seeking outstanding scientists working at the molecular, cellular and/or organismal levels on topics relevant to cancer biology and experimental therapeutics to expand and complement the current strengths of the department. The University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences is experiencing a phase of growth and expansion with its precision cancer research and treatment initiative, offering opportunities for translational cancer research and collaborations with physician scientists at both the Eleanor N. Dana Cancer Center at the University of Toledo Health Science Campus and Promedica Health Systems.

Candidates are expected to have a substantial record of research accomplishments, and willingness to contribute to graduate and medical education. Applicants are also expected to have grant funding from NIH or other national agencies  Newly renovated laboratory spaces and generous start-up funds with competitive compensation packages will be provided, commensurate with accomplishments.
