Dr. Timothy Phoenix at the University of Cincinnati is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow with interests in pediatric brain tumors, genomics, and the blood-brain barrier for a full-time postdoctoral fellowship. The successful candidate will pursue research projects investigating brain tumor vasculature, biological differences, and new therapeutic targets. Recent Ph.D. graduates with a strong background in cell biology, neuroscience, or cancer biology are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience in neural development, cancer biology, rodent models, microscopy, cell culture, molecular biology, and in utero electroporation. The successful candidate will enjoy a stimulating research environment at the UC Academic Health Center, active collaborations with neighboring Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and other top academic institutes around the world, a competitive salary and benefits package, and an affordable cost of living in Cincinnati, OH.

Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in neuroscience, biological sciences or related field, with documented evidence of skills relevant to cell culture, neuroscience, and cancer biology.
