Postdoctoral Fellow
A Postdoctoral Fellow position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Tong Wu at Tulane University School of Medicine to study the molecular mechanisms and pathogenesis of liver cancer and liver diseases. The research projects are funded by the NIH and focused on the effects and mechanisms of several signaling molecules/cascades including miRNAs, lncRNAs, epigenetics, TGF-beta, Hedgehog, Hippo-YAP, prostaglandins, fatty acids, and other key signaling pathways in the growth regulation of cultured hepatocellular carcinoma cells, cholangiocarcinoma cells and in mouse models of liver carcinogenesis and liver injuries.
