HUFFINGTON CENTER ON AGING

The Huffington Center on Aging at Baylor College of Medicine invites applications for a faculty position at the level of tenure-track assistant professor or associate or full professor with tenure. The successful applicant must have a PhD, MD, or MD and PhD degree, or their equivalent. We are seeking individuals who have the ambition, experience, and ability to develop nationally prominent basic and translational research programs in aging and age-related metabolic and neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Alzheimer’s disease. Successful candidates will join in a highly dynamic team of faculty working at the forefront of aging and disease research (http://www.bcm.edu/hcoa/) and benefit from an enormous breadth and depth of scientific expertise at Baylor College of Medicine and in the Texas Medical Center. This highly interactive, diverse, and supportive research environment, together with substantial start-up funding, provide valuable infrastructure and resources for new and established researchers.
