Associate Dean for Student Success and Undergraduate Studies

The College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics (NSM) at the University of Houston is seeking a proven, dynamic, and innovative leader to serve as its next Associate Dean for Student Success and Undergraduate Studies. The incumbent will inherit years of growth in undergraduate student numbers, improved academic preparation of the incoming classes, and a sound infrastructure for enrollment management. NSM has been successful in improving outcomes for students, as well as in securing external funding for student support. This is an opportunity to shape science education in ways that respond to the shifting demography of Texas and the country, as well as to the changing intellectual and professional worlds our students will inherit. An appointment is anticipated either in a tenure-track or a non-tenure track position at the Associate or full Professor level.
