Sr Data Integration Developer supporting PeopleSoft OBIEE/EPM

Ideal candidates will have a combination of:

Hands on Oracle ODI Developer. Strong Data Architect with Oracle BIApps or OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud). IBM Ascential DataStage 8.1. Working knowledge of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Virtualization architectures, Knowledge of Data Management and Governance best practices.

Business Acumen - Understand the impact of the job within the institution; have and use cross-functional knowledge to understand interdepartmental connections. Maintain working knowledge of customer's business processes & operations.

Technical/Functional Expertise

Demonstrate technical proficiency required to do the job; possess knowledge in the profession; provide technical expertise to others. Maintain working knowledge of your Service Line Pillar (EPM, Reporting, Data Integration, or Infrastructure) Stay abreast on business and technology trends to understand impact on service line portfolio.

Analytical

Gather relevant information systematically; break down problems into simple components; make sound decisions

Service Pillar Competencies

Must have understanding of information systems with a specific focus on data integration principles and be able to communicate knowledge of same to co-workers effectively.

Must be adaptable to change and able to interact with co-workers and customers in a positive manner, as well as communicate in an effective manner.

Participates and may operate as Project or Team Lead role, to review business requirements, integration design, programming specifications and solutions in accordance with our operational/data warehousing standards and requirements.

Provide problem-solving expertise and complex analysis of data to develop integration designs. Provide guidance with the future direction of the ETL environment.

Other duties as assigned

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree.

Experience Required:

Seven years of integration programming and/or systems level experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis or completed years of college on a one to one basis.

Preferred Experience:
