Position Summary
The Department of Supportive Care Medicine at Beckman Research Institute of City of Hope has an opening for an Associate Professor. We are interested in an individual with expertise in Physical Therapy/Exercise Physiology. Applicants must have a PhD degree in Health Sciences and have a demonstrable record of accomplishments, peer-reviewed publications and extramural funding in research related to Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. In addition, national reputation for excellence in Oncology Research demonstrating leadership and mentoring skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and interdisciplinary collaboration are desired for eligibility to the rank of

Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
  • Doctor of Philosophy.
  • 2 Years of experience at the Assistant Professor level, or above.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct a research team.

Preferred education experience and skills:
  • Postdoctoral Training Preferred
