Senior Scientist/Postdoctoral Position now available in Dr. Eric Verdin’s laboratory at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging (Novato, CA) to study the molecular virology of HIV.

The Verdin lab studies mechanisms of HIV latency in T cells and HIV biology in macrophages/microglia. Current focus areas are the phenotypic characterization of latently infected cells, the identification of novel therapies to interfere with the HIV latent reservoir, and the biology of HIV infection in macrophages and microglia.


We welcome highly motivated individuals with a PhD in any area of biomedical sciences to join the Verdin lab. We offer a competitive salary and excellent work environment.
