The studies involve pharmacokinetic analyses and analytical measurements of drug and metabolic concentrations in biological matrices and cell culture using an array of techniques, including LC-MS/MS, F-AAS, and HPLC. The applicant will support and conduct experimental research within the Division of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, College of Pharmacy, and will function as a technical expert on one or more phases of the projects. In particular, the applicant will be responsible for developing and validating quantitative bioanalytical methods; assist in the management of the research and development efforts; contribute to publications, progress reports and SOPs; prepare material for presentation at professional meetings; contribute to the writing of grant proposals; and work and train/educate other laboratory personnel.
